What do Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj concerts consist of?

No offense, but I've seen several videos including the one where Lil
Wayne was hit with a water bottle where it just seems like all he's
doing is walking back and forth on stage while his music is playing in
the background.

I know sometimes during concerts people take breaks but it just looks
kind of pathetic. I know, they preform eventually but what is with
walking around on stages with you music playing in the background. Who
would pay for that?
